Responsible gambling

Play responsibly

Our predictions are analysis, not a way to make money. If betting stops being fun, stop, and talk to someone.

Betting is for adults only: 18+, or 21+ where the law requires it.

Warning signs

  • Chasing losses, or betting more to win back what you lost.
  • Betting money you need for rent, bills or food.
  • Hiding how much you bet from family or friends.
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when you are not betting.

Stay in control

  • Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and keep to them.
  • Use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools your operator must offer.
  • Never treat betting as income.

Self-exclusion

  • Great Britain: GAMSTOP is free and blocks you from every online betting and gaming site licensed in Great Britain for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. The block cannot be lifted before the period ends, and it stays in place until you ask for it to be removed.
  • Spain: the RGIAJ register of the gambling regulator (DGOJ) blocks state-licensed online gambling and venues that check ID.
  • Anywhere: ask each operator where you have an account to close it or exclude you.
